Classroom management wall poster

 

This poster summarises the key points that I have outlined in the Theories, Good Practice and Implications sections. The poster is designed to be displayed in staffrooms to remind graduate teachers about the ways in which they can implement the best available strategies for classroom management. It also serves to remind all teachers about the importance of supporting each other, and in particular, mentoring graduate teachers.
